Time to Shift Your Perspective.
Here’s what I’ve been thinking about lately and I wanted to share this with you.
I’ve caught myself quite a number of times saying in my head or aloud to others, what I can’t or why I can’t do something.
I think lockdowns over the last couple years have worked to reinforce the "can’t do' mindset in me and I wonder if you might feel the same?
So I’m hopping into your life this week to ask you to think about what you can do?
And pay attention to your language.
Are you putting limitations on yourself?
Also what are you tolerating?
Now is the time to open up to possibilities.
The future is bright and putting some energy into getting rid of what’s potentially holding you back from your dreams would be time well spent!
Let go of some of the little things you are putting up with as they can add up to big blocks.
Stuff like; ill fitting clothes, chipped cups, dead leaves on plants, that cobweb in the corner that you look at every night but don’t clean, that appointment you need to book, or the conversation that needs to be had.
It all creates inner friction.
So let it go, release all the little niggly things and reset your perspective and attitude.
Focus on what you can do and that which excites you.

Make a Pinterest board.
Rearrange your furniture.
